<p>可是你知道嗎，喝咖啡也有最佳時機，喝錯時間反而會造成反效果哦！</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<h4><strong>一、喝咖啡對身體造成的變化</strong></h4>
<p>咖啡的攝取時機其實跟壓力荷爾蒙和生理時鐘有關。</p>
<p>生理時鐘負責調節我們從睡眠到清醒之間的循環週期，當你剛醒來時，身體會釋放<strong>皮質醇</strong>和<strong>腎上腺素</strong>來幫助我們增強專注力，而咖啡因正會削弱這些激素帶來的好處。</p>
<p>所以要特別注意，別在剛睡醒時就急急忙忙地喝下第一杯咖啡！</p>

<h4><strong>二、在不對的時間點喝咖啡，會導致…？</strong></h4>
<p>咖啡會透過影響各種荷爾蒙來幫助我們抵抗睡意，但要是在錯誤的時間喝咖啡，或是攝取過量的咖啡都會使我們的荷爾蒙失去平衡！</p>

<p>晚上11點通常是褪黑激素分泌最旺盛的時段，人們也會因此開始想睡覺。但<strong>咖啡因會導致褪黑激素延後釋放，讓人無法在預期的時間入睡</strong>，進而導致生理時鐘失調。</p>

<p>生理時鐘會受到光線照射等外部刺激影響，咖啡因能夠通過<strong>改變時間感知</strong>來影響生理時鐘的運作，這會干擾睡眠模式和日常生活步調。</p>

<h4><strong>三、如何將咖啡因對身體的影響最小化？</strong></h4>
<p>如同上述所說，除了在<strong>睡前六小時前停止飲用咖啡因飲品</strong>、每天<strong>在差不多的時間開始睡眠和起床</strong>之外，<strong>白天多接觸自然光線</strong>也能讓因為咖啡所引起的睡眠干擾降到最低。同時也要注意自己對咖啡因的<strong>耐受性</strong>和<strong>敏感度</strong>，可能因為體質、遺傳、年齡和其他生活習慣而產生差異，甚至有些人因此需要控制攝取量。</p>

<p>如果在皮質醇高峰時喝咖啡，會干擾皮質醇的流動，也導致咖啡因的效果降低。但如果等個一至兩個小時再喝咖啡，咖啡因會在皮質醇開始下降時發揮作用，也正是你最需要它的時候。</p>
<p>若是你在錯誤的時間點喝咖啡，你會攝取咖啡的量需要加倍才能達到同樣的提神效果，而這樣下去也會逐漸對咖啡因產生耐受性。</p>

<p>腺苷（ㄒㄧㄢˋ　ㄍㄢ）能夠促進睡眠、維持能量代謝。在我們清醒的期間會逐漸累積，並在夜晚達到高點，因而導致疲累感，好讓我們在正常時間開始休息。</p>
<p>而咖啡因和腺苷剛好在大腦中作用於同一受體上，因此咖啡因能夠阻斷腺苷產生作用，所以會使你減少疲勞感。</p>

<h4><strong>五、飲用咖啡的最佳時機</strong></h4>
<p>最佳的「coffee time」會根據個人生活習慣或偏好而調整。神經科學家Andrew Huberman建議，早上醒來後，至少等待<strong>30-60分鐘後</strong>再喝咖啡，如果時間允許，等到<strong>90-120分鐘後</strong>再飲用會更好。</p>

<p style="padding-left: 40px">首次加入需支付入會費及兩個月會費，入會費 1000 – 4000，手續費 1000 ，月費約 600 – 3000，教練費可談，基本上費用都可視情況跟業務洽談。</p>

<p style="padding-left: 40px">同為知名連鎖品牌，首家登陸上市的運動健身中心，成立於高雄，故北部設點較少，但收費制度比起 WorldGym 較透明也單一化，團體課程較少，且會定期更換課表，多數人以重訓為主。不同收費為不同卡別（分白金、金、鈦銀、全台北金、銀卡），會依照不同卡別限制使用時段，以避開人潮，大部分分館營業時間為早上 6 點 – 晚上12點。</p>

<p style="padding-left: 40px;">山上溫差大，也許半途會因為熱到想脫外套，但攻頂或休息時容易因為停頓休息而覺得有涼意，因此排汗衫很重要，而保暖外套則是預備用。</p>

<p style="padding-left: 40px;">工欲善其事，必先利其器，想要順順利利完成每次行程，首先需要良好的配備，帽子可以防曬、防風；而登山鞋有一定防水功能，並有良好保護效果、彈性度適中，增加行走時的便利；同時運用登山杖輔助自己的腳，減輕膝蓋負擔。</p>

<p style="padding-left: 40px;">水絕對是必備，要時時補充水份，使用水袋或水壺皆可，爬山屬於長時間運動，建議適當補充高碳水化合物食物，以快速補充熱量，而垃圾袋則是提醒大家，自己垃圾需要自己帶走。</p>
<p><b>登山前的體能訓練</b></p>
</div><div class="fusion-text fusion-text-14" style="text-align:left;"><p>登山需要培養良好的心肺肌耐力，一般而言登山屬於長時間、長距離的負重運動，且變數很多，如氣候、環境皆不可掌控，因此很難控制訓練量，尤其每座山的海拔高度、落差高度不一，屆時所耗費的體力可能比想像中更多，有人說將一般運動視為登山前的訓練，練出良好肌力，的確有許多不錯徒手訓練的方式，但也須加強腿部訓練，尤其很多山路是凹凸不平、濕滑，加上下山時對於關節耗損更大，容易膝蓋痛，因此需要訓練腿部平衡、弓箭步等等。</p>
<p>這邊分享一個，其實爬樓梯也會是登山訓練體力的方式之一，可以多爬幾次樓梯，漸漸增加負重，背個包包、加罐水之類的，逐漸將自己體力練起。(下樓梯建議可以搭電梯，畢竟下樓梯比較傷膝蓋。)</p>

<p><b>大武崙山</b></p>
<p>位於基隆市安樂區，全長 3 公里，60 分鐘可完成的路線，地勢平緩，因此很適合各個可以看到整個八斗子、基隆港，是個老少咸宜的步道。</p>
<p><b>劍潭山</b></p>
<p>位於台北市士林區，也是個搭捷運就能輕鬆抵達的步道，全長 3.3 公里，約 1.5 小時可完成，終點的觀景平台「老地方」還是個熱門打卡、健身景點，整條道路走起來也是輕鬆自在。</p>
<p><b>鱷魚頭景觀步道</b></p>
<p>位於新北石碇區，全程不到 2 公里，所需時間約 80 分鐘，若想看清楚大家口中的鱷魚，須在獅頭山頂繼續往下走，且有一小段須拉繩的路段，即可觀賞近來打卡聖地，鱷魚本尊。</p>
<p><b>鳶山登山步道</b></p>
<p>位於新北三峽區，若從三峽老街上的光復紀念鐘出發，不用十分鐘即可登頂，若想挑戰更多則可從鳶山數峰，耗時約三小時，四、五月前往還可賞桐花、賞螢，一舉數得。</p>
<p><b>七星山</b></p>
<p>位於台北北投區，說到台北市怎麼可以忘記這座，七星山可分為 3 條路線，包含小油坑、冷水坑、苗圃，其中小油坑出發單程約 1.6 公里，來回約 2.5 小時；而苗圃路程最遠，單程距離約 2.4 公里，來回約 3.5 小時。若是初學者可以從小油坑與冷水坑登山入口挑戰，苗圃路況部分比較陡一些。</p>
